Welcome to Summit Fit Challenge!
 
To enter, tell us why you want/need to improve your health.  On Sunday, March 31st, The Summit Tennis & Athletic Club and WTAJ will choose 5 lucky finalists to compete in the Fit Challenge!

For a 2-month period, starting the week of April 1st, the finalists will begin to work with the Summit and develop a training plan and workout regimen.  They will work with a registered dietitian from HealthSouth to develop a nutrition plan as well. After the 
initial training and nutrition meetings, the five contestants will meet weekly with the trainer and the dietitian to track progress and make adjustments.


On Friday of each week, the finalists will check in and track their progress.  Data will be shared on Central PA Live.

On Friday, May 24th the final check-in will occur and on Wednesday, May 29th a grand prize winner will be announced.


Can I still play if the contest has already started?
Yes; you may submit your entry all the way up to March 31st.

Are there prizes?
Yes. All finalists will receive a free membership to The Summit Tennis & Athletic Club during the contest and the winner will receive a free one-year membership to the Summit.  The grand prize is TBA!
